maid marian got off to a rocky start this afternoon. For the very first time i forgot one part of my maids uniform. my heart beat a few beats quicker as i sheepishly advised my Mistress that i had left my apron behind. After all what is a maid without her pretty apron - semi naked! Luckily for me, Mistress Adira was in a generous mood as i quite rightly expected to be punished for such a silly and careless failure but i am not complaining when my Goddess decided to just give me one of Her spare aprons!
i quickly got changed, no point bringing further attention to myself and then it was time for a quick discussion about eyebrow trimming. my eyebrows are starting to grow again and i was seeking some advice from my Mistress as to whether i should do some plucking! A quick inspection by my Goddess and i will be doing some "tweezing" (as my Mistress so thoughtfully corrected me) over the next few days to keep my perfect feminine eyebrow shape!
Finally maid marian was ready for work and i was given my orders - clean and scrub the shower and toilet and then some laundry folding. Sounded like a nice quiet day apart from the fact that i had spent all day yesterday cleaning showers and toilets Mistress. No point in complaining as Mistress Adira would only say that practice makes perfect maid marian so i set about my task. Rubber gloves on as the cleaning agent strips my skin off and the shower is soon looking like new again! It is time to devote some attention to the shower mould in the corner and some good old scrubbing and no more shower mould!
After cleaning the toilet it is time to start folding laundry. i do not know what Mistress has been doing over the last few days but i have never seen so many towels and face washers and soon i have a pile 3 or 4 feet high. Placing them in the correct fashion in the linen cupboard and i am ready for a rest but not yet, Mistress still has more tasks left for me to do.
i am now required to do some leather polishing and shining and it is time to get down on my hands and knees and get to work. i have been fortunate that i have not had to spend much time on my hands and knees lately so it is not too difficult. The biggest hassle is appears that i am never going to finish! Eventually i am satisfied that i have not missed a spot as unfortunately from a maid's point of view there can be no shortcuts when polishing leather as any spot not cleaned properly is obvious.
Mistress Adira has another one of Her slave's come over to do another task for Her but that makes no difference to me, it is just head down and bottom out for me, no time for idle chatter! Mistress is satisfied that all the tasks that need to be done today have been completed and it is time to change and go back home, eagerly waiting for the next opportunity when my Goddess needs more domestic chores that need to be done by Her maid!
